I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! If carlsberg did fried chicken! Or whatever they said in that advert😂😂 in all seriousness the food here is amazing and the staff are incredible too. The app is effortless!

It’s quite complicated to redeem anything. Can you add a click and collect function without using 3rd party apps.

I used this app back in 2019, with the promise that one day my purchases would give me rewards. Now im told these purchases are too old? Ridiculous.

I’m going to be pretty generous with 3 stars. It’s a basic app but doesn’t offer much. Few things to work on team:
- You can’t order.
- It doesn’t explain how the QR or points redeeming works
- doesn’t tell you what rewards you can get
- when signing up it doesn’t tell you what format you need to enter for your birthday ( it’s 00/00/0000 by the way 😉)
There’s also loads of bugs.
Love the chickn, now need the App to match!!
