AMI’s Co-Pilot app gives route operators and location staff access to jukebox and AMI device information and controls.
Operator Only Controls:
- Check Route Connections – Know which devices are in an error state, haven’t connected to the AMI network recently, or need to be tended to immediately.
- Access Operator Reports – View your total jukebox and mobile revenues, last collection time, staff rewards status and more.
- Access Location Details – View contact details for your locations and get driving directions to your locations.
- Receive Jukebox Notifications – Get alerts for power downs, overheating, event mode and door opens.
- Enable & Manage BGM – Turn background music on at your locations and schedule which stations to run.
- Credit Management – Add credits to your jukebox.
- Launch Service Mode & Jukebox Calibration – Direct staff at the location to access maintenance options to troubleshoot the jukebox.
- Enable Staff Rewards – Enroll your locations in AMI’s Staff Rewards Program to incentivize them to help drive mobile usage and revenue.
Operator & Location Controls: (Note: Operators must give location staff permissions to access any or all of the below features)
- Access Jukebox Remote Control Functions – Adjust volume levels, pause & reject songs, power off and reboot equipment.
- Create & Manage Digital Ads – Ad Manager, AMI’s free digital signage tool, lets you create and schedule ads to run on your jukeboxes and connected TVs.
- Manage BGM – Temporarily adjust the background music station schedule.
- Event Mode – Temporarily halt music playback and prevent patrons from making paid selections at the jukebox or via the AMI Music app for a set amount of time.
- Fast Blast – Send notifications to your AMI Music app users once every calendar month.
- Manage Staff Rewards – Track weekly progress for the Staff Rewards Program and redeem free AMI Music app credits earned.
