Great app
Great app for the operator. We can control a lot from here. We can look at errors on the jukebox. I know there are some more things they can do but it does take time. In my opinion we should be able to control everything on the jukebox from our phones.
Needs work
Behind TouchTunes. Very little control. I can login on TouchTunes and control everything. We stayed with AMI fo many years because they did a nice job with the Ecast conversion debacle, but AMI is just not ahead of the game right now.

Could be so much better
It would really great if AMI could track real time income with a full break down of all stats through the app, cash, credit card, mobile, and fees. If a service tech changes the hard drive I have no way of knowing the actual numbers. As it is now I rely on him to write the figures down, get those figures back to our secretary, and have her relay back to me, far from foolproof. AMI has all of this information, so why can't I access through the app? All I get is a cashbox report, minimally useful at best.
Another useful feature would be to allow operators to clear collection periods through the app. On heavy routes, I'll rush, sometimes leaving the collection screen up not cleared. Having to drive back and outing myself behind schedule is frustrating, I know I'm to blame, it would just be helpful to rectify it through the app as opposed to having to physically return.
It's hard to complain about AMI overall, they are far ahead of the other company in regards to customer service and functionality. I just hope the operator app gets some work. Thank you
