New update broke app
Used to be awesome, and loved how it would pay out in visa gift cards if wanted. New all forces you to “claim rewards” and it just hangs. I’ve tried restarting my phone, reinstalling and changing networks but it won’t let me claim my rewardscapkirks

Communication is still important
I have been using this app since before they change the name. I had always received payments really fast, usually in a day or so. My most recent one has taken over a week. Much to my surprise when I opened the support chat, the bot informed me that redemptions were taking longer than usual. The disappointing part is that this was in no way mentioned previously. Not when I went to redeem my points, not in the confirmation email, not in any kind of follow up email. If you know there’s a problem or a delay, just let people know. That’s it. No secret sauce needed.I realize most everything takes a little bit longer these days and I’m fine with waiting when I know I’m going to have to wait. Ignoring it and just hoping people will wait patiently is never the way to handle that. Otherwise, yeah sure your point redemption is slow but it at least is steady and it requires literally zero input from me. They need to fix some stuff but that app does actually pay you cash.
Their own VPN can keep you from earning points on the polls but won’t stop you from taking them and wasting your time.
Even if you max out of how much you earn you are earning no more than $3 per month. I know we don’t have to earn anything and it’s better than nothing but how much are they making off of us? I’m not sure we are getting it as fair as they want us to think.
Their customer service is useless.
The polls can take up to 30 minutes and still give you nothing

The polls run out after about 10 of them.
I’ve cashed out at this app and it was exciting but it was after 4 months and it was $10. I think it would be cool if maybe it was quicker and maybe instead of cashing out the money can be invested kinda like acorns they have unlocked the ability to invest in cryptocurrency I just wish I could invest elsewhere with my Reklaim points. Reklaim extension
I added the Chrome App and downloaded the Reklaim extension multiple times to my iPhone and iPad. I have not found any instructions how to get the Reklaim extension to work on chrome.Gypsysdragonfly
Used to be good but total trash now
This app used to be good when it was Killi. Now it’s not. It takes way too long to make money now and customer service is useless. My account got suspended for suspicious activity with no notice and I didn’t find out until I tried to log in one day. Tried to get help from customer service and got asked one question by email and after I responded, no answer. I still have not idea why my account was suspended. Worked fine for months but then they transitioned from killi to Reklaim on oct. 8th I redeemed and got an email saying I should get a email in 1-5 days with a link like normal but I never got the second email thus wasting timeconnertwyt

I’ve been using this app for a long time, I’ve gotten a large amount of points during that time frame. Then I go to cash out and I get told that I have suspicious activity!? I don’t recommend this app, they take all your data and don’t pay. I should of known, if something is too good to be true, it’s not true.
