Don’t worry I was in your position too. “This has bad reviews but let me just give it a try.” It worked great at first. I wasn’t consistent at all but after about 6 months I got 4.56$. They never gave me anything to do after that. So I just waited and waited. After I came back to the app it had logged me out! I tried going back on my account but it said “incorrect password”. And I’m 100% sure this is my password but even if I forgot it there is no “forgot password” button. I made a new
account and it said that if I was not seeing my old money I had to send an email. It’s like they knew it was going to happen!! I sent an email and it kept saying error. It even said “verified email but still seeing this screen? press this.” Again like they knew it was going to happen!! Creepy. But I pressed it and it kept saying error. I’m so madShow lessLLazzy

This app used to be nice until the last update they make you take surveys and then say you dont qualify not to pay you. Then i took two that I supposedly qualified for and at the end it said server not working. Wow rip off. Deleting this garbage!!Gia789
Worse After Update
They made some updates so that there would be more available surveys but these surveys have me going in circles and spending 15 mins on surveys that say it would only take 5 mins. And these surveys end up saying that I don’t qualify even though I’ve answered over 20 questions already. So not only do I waste my time but I don’t get any payout. I was better off doing the surveys that only had 3-5 questions that had a payoff of $0.05.Show lesssincerelygin
Bad update
Since the last update when o clock on the app it starts to load but then just goes blank white.sarahmac6
Used to be good now horrible
Use to be you could find the one question surveys pretty easy now they put them all together. Can’t find nothing totally not organized.

worst customer service
When I got a new phone I went to log back into my account. All of my earnings were missing and it put me back at $0. I’ve tried contacting customer service for over 3 weeks about the issue. They either won’t respond or if they do respond, their response makes no sense at all.
I’ve contacted them at least 10x trying to get help, but I’m just going to delete the app and take the loss at this point. Save your time and don’t even bother downloadingShow lessFWylan
Doesn’t give me money from my surveys
I did a 30 minute survey completed it then said tough luck and said I don’t qualify for it even though I’m 30 and fit all the requirements all an all it’s a horrible app that u don’t get paid for and now won’t let me do any surveysunadulterated waffles
App doesn’t work
There’s lots of surveys yes, but when you click on one to open it before you even get to answer ANY qualifying questions it says “sorry it looks like you don’t qualify for this survey” so I wasted time opening about 40 more where it was open for just seconds and then kicked me out of the survey. It’s been like this for awhile to it wasn’t just one “bad day” of survey taking. I don’t recommend it.Show lessLaughalot11
App working again
Update - so I deleted the app and redownloaded it just to see. The app makes you re enter all your previous info. I started to get worried but the money I previously earned was still there. So if you have app issues you may need to delete it and redownload. The app has changed a lot and I’m not sure I like to new Survey ideas going on.Show lessClassicElfRyoko
