I hate this phone service every time it rains I loose my internet service. When I try to use the app it tell me “good new” we updated our app to help. Blah blah blah. I was charge double my bill for the last year . Then 2weeks apart a payment has been charge. Can’t get customer service. Can’t look at the app. This is our only phone option where I live terrible service

Not phone support
The only thing I use is my iPhone to do apps and pay bill. Not happy!
Absolute Garbage
I will do my best to try and give even a quarter of the headache you have caused me. The absolute WORST company for their customers. I own a restaurant and we have been days without internet or phone service costing me THOUSANDS in revenue and it’s still not fixed. I understand accidents happen but I am still expected to pay for this lack of service!!??? This could cause my business to go under and there is no sense of urgency. Could possibly have it fixed in a week is what I was told. I wish there was a zero star option

NOT EVEN COMPARABLE TO THE WEBSITE
If you’re going to FORCE users to download and use the app on mobile instead of using the full site, at least make sure the app has the same features as the website! My company will no doubt miss important calls because I am not able to update my business hours from my phone. Do better!!!!
App is horrible
The app stays stuck on syncing data and I can’t login to my account. Go to the website and it takes you to the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. If you don’t know your account number customer service is no help. Had to wait for the next bill to reach anyone to make a payment. Internet service is great but customer service and user friendliness is another.

Sync
The app works for several days and then just at random it won’t open, it gets stuck on the screen saying syncing data and will not move past it. I end up having to delete the app and reinstall. This has happened several times lately. Very frustrating.
Horribly buggy app
When the MyWIN Business app is running it prevents the iPhone from going to sleep, thus draining the battery at an alarming rate. It also has bluetooth connectivity issues as it constantly drops and reconnects for iPhone regardless of the type of bluetooth device. The iPhone app rarely allows a phonecall to go through unless the App is open. Almost all users in my organization have gotten rid of the iPhone app and switched to a PC/Mac softphone. As a new customer in the past 60 days and working the Windstream support it doesnt give me much hope of it ever being fixed.

I am trying to pay my bill before due date is asking for new password I did change the password but cannot access my account still call the 1800 number that’s even worse as the representatives keeps insulting me and hanging up the phone 3 times this is very bad service I don’t think I have go through this for me to pay my bill on time thanks
