Great UI, Needs Mass Upload Feature
I actually like Straightaway, it's not bad UI-wise at all. The interface is very easy to understand, which makes navigation smooth and intuitive. However, I hate not being able to mass upload addresses. Please add that feature! Additionally, some addresses couldn't be found, which is interesting and a bit frustrating at times. I'm not sure if Pro is worth the upgrade considering the lack of a mass upload option. Overall, a solid app with room for improvement.

Can’t login anymore
App use to work good now I can’t login I put my cellphone number in and it says it’s not a correct number even though I’m a monthly subscriber to the service and I was using it without any issues until all of a sudden it kicked me out and now my 647 area code number does not work so I can’t login in. I am a delivery driver but now I’m gonna have to spend my money elsewhere on a different app.. it’s unfortunate because I did like this app

Was Great. Now Useless.
This app WAS the best routing app on the platform. Last month it logged me out of my paid subscription right before my UPS route began. Just like many users have stated, it would not accept my phone number for login confirmation…calling it invalid no matter the format. Tried support 20 days ago and recently 5 days ago. No response. I have a feeling that the Straightaway team has jumped ship but forgot to hang an “out of business” sign in the window. You guys need to REFUND me for the days this app sat useless!

you can't change the start/end? really?
Time window and
When time window’s are added to a stop it should take that into consideration and not send you to the closest stop if they aren’t open.
If the account has a 10:00am to 5:00pm time window and it’s only 7:30am the app shouldn’t send me there next even though it’s only a mile away.
Also when you click optimize order it should calculate from your current location not the location you put in when you first started the route. I constantly have to change my current address so it will calculate around my location.
Overall the app does save time, and is very helpful when I have routes in cities that I’m not very familiar with.

The camera import is no good
Would give it 5 stars if you could paste a list of addresses or upload excel spreadsheet
Better than most
Love the fact that we can have 25 addresses for free most give 10 so that is nice. But the live gps doesn’t always work if u make a wrong turn or detour because of construction or something. Also I work for UPS so I cannot do U-turns on residential streets with the big truck. This app doesn’t live map 95% of the time so If u really don’t know the area google maps is better.

Solid app
This is a great tool for route planning. I can take a picture of my computer screen to auto-import my daily route. It’s not perfect, but it gets me 90% of the way.
The app does have some bugs, and the Mapbox mapping is good, but it has sent me to the wrong address more than once. Right now the main issue is the Apple CarPlay integration - I have to exit navigation and start again every time I disconnect my phone from my car. Also, the “Next Stop” button went missing, so it’s a little more fiddly to progress through my route.
This app is great. There are some issues, but overall the user experience and functionality meet my needs better than anything else I have tried.

Today was terrible/fix it
I used the app today for the first time in 2mos. More than half of my delivery stops were incorrect. If I didn’t have any clue about the route I would have been lost. I’m not sure what went wrong. Also 2 of my addresses would not pull up at all except for in a different states. Wrong turns, bypassing addresses just a whole cluster. I’m rethinking why I’m paying for an app that doesn’t work. It used to work, it does not now. Fix it!

Camera doesn’t work well in depicting address
Would not recommend this app. The features that would make me pay for the subscription just doesn’t work. I am a delivery driver and when I scanned my mobile computer with a list of stops and addresses, it only picked up 3/6 and the rest were not added. I then chose to manually take a picture of the manifests and still out of 10 packages, it would not recognize 4! And they were all valid addresses easily found on Apple Maps!! Two stars for the appeal of the features but it just doesn’t work well enough to justify paying for it.
