We do not have access to inform our users about subscription and purchases from AppStore, so if you have any concerns about emails about subscriptions, contact please Apple Support Team. Anyway, the terms when subscribing to a trial do indeed state that there is an automatic renewal, but you may use the free trial to test all app's functionality and cancel it before expiring without any charge from your iOS subscription page. Hello! Thank you for your feedback. You can disable auto-renew subscriptions in your iTunes Settings, this information is displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. Please, make sure there's no Easy Snap in your Subscriptions in Apple ID settings --> View Apple ID --> Subscriptions. If it's not listed there, the subscription is not enabled, and no charge will follow , this is how all apps work. Hi! The subscription and all the terms of using the app is enabled only by user's consent. If you subscribed to the app by chance and no longer want to use a paid version of the app with unlimited functionality, you may cancel subscription any time in your Apple ID settings -> Subscriptions and use the free version of the app with limited functionality. We are sorry that you experienced these issues but developers don't manage your subscription and can't force any charges. If you subscribed occasionally and want to cancel it, you need to go to your Apple ID settings --> Subscriptions and cancel there. Thank you for your feedback. We're working on the app and for now, we focus on unintrusive beautification — we fix lighting, camera distortions, enhance skin, etc. Snapchat's beautification is more vivid while our app is more about natural beauty. We appreciate your opinion, and we'll add more features soon like face filters and more enhancement that none of the cameras has. Hopefully, you'll come back and like it next time.
