Can’t fix the fare anymore
Used to let me lock in the estimated fare and now won’t. No way this is cheapest in Calgary and the drivers are constantly whining about the price. Pretty much every car stinks to high heaven as well. Will be going back to using checker.

Used to work well. This week it is totally nonfunctional
Tips
Make it an option to add the tip after the ride is completed! It’s not fair to the driver as the ride gets closed the second I exit the car, I would like to add a tip when I get out.

1st time app user
App make it easy to call for a cab. You receive notification to update you on the driver status as he’s closing on your pick-up location. Fare estimation was accurate. Overall satisfied with how the app is working.
Not impressed
Prebooked a Van to take us to the airport. Charged the credit card and sent us a confirmation text. Then proceeded to not show up. I called and they told me there were no Vans in the area so I would be refunded. Ok great now I have to scramble to book an Uber last minute. A simple call or text to let me know they wouldn’t be able to complete my trip ahead of time and this situation could have been avoided.
