Cab driver
I got off work at 2am and ordered my self an ubur. As I was waiting for my ubur a gentle man was standing outside of my work and asked me to order a cab. I ordered him one and when I got home I received a phone call. Apparently the guy who I ordered a cab for that I have never met ran off and did not pay. That is not my fault when I was trying to be nice and order someone else a cab.
Now the cab driver is threatening me and harassing me by calling me saying he is going to call the cops if I don’t pay. I’m not paying for a cab ride I didn’t take. Sorry but he is rude and I was trying to be nice to a stranger when it’s 2am and snowing.

Love the app but find if I don’t tip while in the car it ends up getting disabled. I would recommend looking at post ride tipping features! And a better star system as I couldn’t figure out how to give 5 stars even though I was clicking 5 stars
Horrible
Doesn’t work anymore, every time I try to order a cab these days it just says there was an error. And previously when it did work, I got a cab driver who fell asleep behind the wheel and was swerving and had to stick his head out the window while driving to wake himself up and I tried to report this I never even got an answer back.

Undisclosed additional fees.
The ride and driver was great. The issue is an undisclosed additional fee that was added. When I called to inquire I was forwarded twice (2 calls tried) to Accounting where they didn’t answer and just dropped the call. “Maybe call back next week.” Nope. I will go back to Uber. Lesson learned.
Easy to use
I’ve used this app twice now the drivers have been very nice and prices seems to be accurate for me. About the same I’ve paid with other companies. I don’t have my payments preset in the app. I pay the driver in what ever form I choose

The actual cost for my ride was almost double the estimated cost.

Terrible customer service
Was charged twice to ride a cab which was severely over the estimated cost range that the app stated. Tried to get a refund and still have not heard back from anyone! Highly recommend that you choose any other service other than this one!
