I really wanted to like this and was excited to get this for Christmas. My wife got it because of good reviews on Amazon. But after downloading the app and doing the login, bluetooth would never connect to my phone making it an overly expensive and small mug. Gave up and returning to Amazon.FlapjackMcFlintlock
Frustrating
When I received this cup, I was finally able to pair it to my phone. It’s been 3 months and still cannot get it to connect to WiFi. There is an update, but can only be done if cup is connected to WiFi. Catch 22Raypgi
Mug worked for 1 month
I really enjoyed it, until it stopped working after 1 month. The control button on the handle turned RED and stopped functioning.jzxwq

The cup is default set for China use. I cannot change to US prefix to obtain an account. I’m considering returning it. Great potential but the app ruins the experience!disappointed drinker
Won’t pair with the mug
The mug shows up on the app but won’t pair when clicked. Just the swirl for about ten minutes. Nothing.Roflos
Doesn’t work
Got to the pair screen app shows the mug in pair mode but won’t let me click on the mug. Looks like a cool cup but it’s getting returned since It doesn’t work. So no QC on this product? Did someone try this figured out it was a pain to use and still said hey I think it is market ready.nicknames are retarted
