Won’t pair
I am following the pairing directions with the Bluetooth and it shows up on my phone and recognizes the mug but won’t let me tap to connect it. Unable to use this mug at all.LaurenC122812
Mug not syncing
I received this mug yesterday. I downloaded the app to pair and have not been able to. S3 mug shows up in my screen to pair but I am unable to tap it to pair. Also, I’m unable to create an account as I don’t receive a captcha via phone or email when I enter it. This has a 7 day return policy so I hope this is fixed soon. Cool mug, but I’m unable to use it right now. I emailed the service dept and have not received a response yet.Show lesscaptianjack27
