The need for upgrade and review all in the app features
The App needs an upgrade because after initiating payment on payment site redirection you can’t go back to the App to generate your PNR CODE unless you exit and wait for email which may take couple to hour to be received.
Pull down.
This is just a waste. This app should be removed and reworked. You can’t log in and can’t open pages.
Terrible App
All apps for things like this should be tested before putting it online for user consumption! How can you have an app where the login screen doesn’t have “forgotten password” to reset?!
Secondly, my details are correct because they work just fine on the web but it says “Error, please check your information” when you try to login with same details from the web. In fact the app doesn’t even allow login by email, waste of my precious data!

Unable to login
I'm unable to login to the app despite providing the same credentials I use to access the web version.
It keeps returning error - "check information provided"

Used to work well before
Now it doesn’t log in. Keeps telling me to check my information whereas if I log in on the web, the same login details open my account.
Annoying.
