  • Can’t Use Payment Feature

    Every time I try to order from the app, everything goes smoothly until I try to pay for the order! No matter how many times I try, I can’t submit a payment method with a card! Frustrating, now every time I want to order I have to go inside to the kiosk instead of ordering ahead and picking up.

  • honeygrow app does not work

    I downloaded this app to my iPhone 12 … It did not accept my password. I reset the password, successfully, on a separate web page. And the app, when I tried to log on with new password, gave me an “Unknown character!!!” exception message, still did not log me in. I had to close the app, I reset my password again, and I tried logging on again. It still did not let me in.

    I logged on to honeygrow on a restaurant kiosk with the same ID and password, it let me in. I’m able to put an order in inside the restaurant. So I came back to my office, and, logged on to my account on my laptop, same ID and password. I was able to log on. The app does not work, and it is very frustrating. And it is so strange.

    I sent 3 messages from the ‘contact’ section of honeygrow web page. I don’t know if they even check messages. It is very frustrating though.

  • Much better than last app but still lacking

    The app has a much cleaner UI than the horrible one before, but it’s still lacking simple features like Apple Pay and editing a payment method.
