Doesn’t save teams

I’ve been using this app for about 2 months now, and have captured roughly 12-14 games. While I don’t have any problems setting up the games, the people who want to watch the games live are not able to. The screen seems to cycle from the “watch live” window to “starting game”, then back to “watch live” and so on and so on. So my parents are not having any luck watching the games live. I have contacts supper and haven’t heard anything. My first email sent over to them about 2 months ago with a follow up about once a week and nothing but radio silence. It’s disappointing because my son plays for one of the biggest parks in Florida and possibly the biggest park in north Florida so I have all star teams who would love to purchase this service. But they won’t because it doesn’t work the way it expected to. If you are looking to buy this app, I would live stream 3-4 games and if you don’t have any issues then maybe get the year subscription after that.

Please report this issue as soon as possible at https://seasoncast.com/Support or call us at 1-800-809-0176 so we can resolve this issue for account. We have had no internal global issues with out service in the past few months. One CDN provider did have an issue with video distribution in some regions. We have since removed this CDN provider from SeasonCast distribution network & work everyday to provide a quality service to our customers.
