Literally couldn’t cancel fast enough

There're different subscription options. There's a yearly subscription option with a 3-day free trial period. If you choose this option, you won't be charged during a free trial period. It seems like you have chosen a subscription option without a free trial (1-mo or 3 mo). In this case, you're charged immediately. It's up to you to decide which option to choose and whether to choose an option with a free trial period. Thank you for your feedback. You can install the app for free with a 3-day free trial period and then if you like it, you may choose between different subscription options. Please remember that a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. So in case you don't want to continue using the app you have to cancel your free trial in the iTunes settings at least 24-hours before the end of the free trial period. Otherwise Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes account after the free trial is over. Best Regards, the Viv Team
