Incredible wellness tool

I’ve been using Viv for a few days now and I’m finding it feature packed and helpful in the real world. There are many categories like how to desires and eat better with useful information from medics professionals. I highly recommend it.

Finally something for us Golden Oldies!!

I mostly use this phone to call my kids and when I browse all I see is stuff thats beyond me. Im pretty excited to have discovered this app and finally found something useful for someone my age (not too old, but not too young either). It doesn’t have any revolutionary recommendations (and that’s great, I don’t do fads and cure-alls) but gathers all the best practices to good health in one place and actually reminds you to follow them. Pretty nice, especially when your memory isnt all that sharp!

Viv: The Team surprised me (a mere mortal with an acute interest in the subject of active longevity) with the inaugural release.
The topic is hot and implementation is robust.
While the various aspects of Longer-Stronger are widely discussed across the internet communities, Viv stands out for being a one window portal into the longevity universe.
Additional points for a user friendly interface and easy to understand language.
