Hardware is great. APP needs some work.
Change your iphone display to “light” mode or you cannot see your text entries. BSIMB: you need to fix this...

Con: app crashes constantly, is incredibly slow, and only lets you upload 9 pics at a time!

Text not visible in dark mode
App text does not properly invert color. Must disable dark mode to read text.
Cannot read text in app.
Other than that, photos were uploaded to frame.

Can not read text!! No photos are being uploaded to my frame. Everything is set up ok. Just can’t read text and don’t know why photos are not going to frame. Please advise!!
App doesn’t work
I’ve tried to contact BSIMB; no response. The app doesn’t work and, I too, will have to send back the photo frame that I bought for a gift.
Text isn’t visible
Latest iPhone, updated iOS. The labels are white our extremely light grey, so I can’t read any of the text in this app. What’s that icon? Who knows—the label is not visible. Unusable.
Need help
Can’t get it to work. Won’t let me sign up. Can’t worry he frame without it. Frame will need to go back. So sad about it
