No frame ID
I connected to wifi and followed the directions and it still tells me the frame does not exist and won’t give me a frame ID. How do I fix the issue???

I haven’t had this much trouble since computers first came out in the 90s I’ve had this for a week I’ve tried everything it won’t let me even connect to the Wi-Fi and we have a strong Wi-Fi net work UGH!!!!!!🤬😡

Love sending my parents pictures of me doing rascalios things 😍 would recommend as a gift! Having my fresh toe pics on display helps lighten the mood at any dinner party and family event! 😙 it helps keep the family in touch with my life and all my cray cray adventures 😐🕶🤏 10/10

When trying to create an account and setting up a password continue to get a “Failed” message. The password criteria was being followed but continue to not be able to setup a password and no helpful prompts are provided - Garbage
Terrible product
Could never get to work like advertised. Spent two days conversing with service department and they were responsive but were of no help.
App cannot be used on iPad
When the app loads on iPad the graphics do not all show in the small window on the iPad. The app graphics seem to map in iPhone resolution only , in portrait mode. They only show in portrait mode on the iPad so you have to rotate the iPad and then you cannot even see all the items that show on the app in the iPhone.
Then even on iPhone. Once you add some pictures to the device, I cannot add any new pictures until I close and reopen the app. Other wise it just keeps showing the old pictures without any way to get past that point.

Absolutely disappointing!
Doesn’t work on any of my families iPads. Not updated for over 9 months,

BSIMB app is not functional
I’ve had the Photo Frame device for about a year. The BSIMB App has always been glitchy and unstable but I’ve been able to get it to work eventually. Until today. Trying to upload a photo to the device is impossible. The app goes in nonsensical circles. I deleted the app twice and downloaded the latest version but it no longer works at all. Unable to download photos using this app. Is Apple at all involved in the process of detection and correcting faulty apps on the App Store? Also, I’ve sent this review several times and it doesn’t get published.
