Not working after internet upgrade
We upgraded routers and now it will not connect, I’m stuck looking at the “Be Simple Be Better” message everyday. Aggravating.
Clunky setup and use
For the price of this photo frame you should work on the device setup and email delivery. Ugh! This is like configuring Netware from 1995!
For guests to your device they should hit the + next to bound devices, not my device. I think that’s because it’s not their actual device. Then they will show up as a user request on the photo frame. I have yet to get the email service to work, which is the thing that should be easiest. Admittedly I have not yet emailed tech-support, but I will do that now.

Complete garbage..
The directions make absolutely no sense rendering the whole thing basically useless. Boxing it back up and returning it.
Great frame but bad app!!
The worst part about this frame is the app that is associated with it..It is not user friendly and does NOT work well with a iPad.
Terrible
First of all this frame is not intuitive, secondly I was able to add this app to one iPhone but not to my second iPhone, both are brand new iPhones. Not only will this not allow me to sign up I can’t do anything with this app on my phone. There’s something wrong with it. I won’t even let me enter my password, to create a password. Then I tried to sign in with my other account from my other iPhone and that won’t work either.

Got the app, and pics on my device!
No problems
Loaded the app, added the frame, sent pictures, saw them on the frame. Pretty simple. Don’t know why there are so many negative reviews.

I can see that the developer’s first language is not english and use of language to describe how to set up is confounding

Photos will no longer transfer
This frame has been difficult and buggy. First, I could only upload one or two photos at a time of the claimed 9. Now although it says “send success“ the pictures don’t appear. I’ve spent far too much time trying to figure this out!
Please update app
Please update the app. It would be amazing to see the photos currently stored on the frame and have the ability to delete photos from the frame with the app. I have used other frames that incorporate these functions, I am currently disappointed beacause the app is missing these functions.
