Reviews of Carium

  • Not Syncing

I need to use this app on a daily basis as part of my weight loss program and my blood pressure and weight never sync. I have to disconnect my Bluetooth and Wi-Fi from my phone several times and cross my fingers it loads. It hasn’t loaded my blood pressure in three days ever since I upgraded to the iPhone 15. I’ve had nothing but problems.
  • So buggy you can’t even create a login.

I need to use this app as part of a wellness initiative at work that I’m supposed to help champion (the wellness program, not the app specifically) . I have been trying for two days to just create a login and get into the app. It doesn’t work. Just looping over and over again between error messages that say “duplicate email/phone” or user doesn’t exist.
Resetting the password doesn’t work either.
  • Touch ID

It’s great you have a toggle to Keep Me Signed In. However I would prefer Touch ID sign in as it’s more secure.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your feedback! We currently support letting iOS store your password (which is protected by Touch ID) if you choose, but we are working to add Touch ID and Face ID support directly into the app.
