Trying to Cancel this account 9+ months

I have been trying to cancel this account for 9 months when I call the number letter on my bank statement 888-871-0687 recording said call the paper. I call the phillyburbs 866-492-1514. for digital subscription. I enter the requested information and the recording says thank you good buy.

Monday comes around. I work hard and
have little time for personal calls during m-f work week 8-7. I can not speak with anyone to cancel this account. VERY FRUSTRATING

Classified

This classified screen is awful . Before I could give all the info for my classified ads the screen goes blank. I tried 6 times to place ads and each time it died, how are you supposed to,plsce classified ads and set up,an account. Mary Anne zwhitehead 215-675-3947n

Terrible transition

Had Intelligencer app that worked fine. Got pushed to using this app and haven’t been able to log in or reset password. Shouldn’t these bugs be worked out BEFORE forcing subscribers to switch???

E-Newspaper has good features but app freezes

I love viewing the Courier Times and USA Today using the e-newspaper app. However there are way too many ads that I have no interested in and the app will freeze at least once daily but usually more. At times the app is unusable.

Freezes up

The phillyburbs app freezes up constantly when reading the enewspaper on my iPad. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Plus the ads are annoying. The old enewspaper app worked fine.

Why do I need to constantly change size of view

sign in to the app almost daily? Real PITA. Previously had to re-sign in maybe ever 6 months.

What happened to "zoom" feature using 2 fingers to selextsize so I can read the samll print?

Poor system

This app is error prone. More than the original Bucks County Courier Times app (BCCT), which no longer works.
It includes nuisance ads.
The expansion of text to larger font only works to a point. So for older folks with poor eyes, there is no reading the text at all. This is especially true of the comics. Even having them show up larger in the right half of the screen is not enough. The BCCT app had much larger expansion.
The expansion of text from 2 per screen to one per screen is quirky.

Courier Times

I have had to call multiple times to resolve issues with my paper delivery over the past few months, been receiving it since 1985. So I stopped the paper as it didn’t improve and just kept the online version. Since then I have called several times as it said I didn’t have the subscription even though I am paid for over a year. Just now, trying to open the Sunday edition and I cannot access it. Maybe they are trying to tell us something….they are becoming obsolete. No more parade magazine, ads or extra anything.

Difficult to navigate

Courier Times app was easier to navigate and use the index to reach pages you wanted to read and access past editions.
