Why do I need to
sign in to the app almost daily? Real PITA.

Classified
This classified screen is awful . Before I could give all the info for my classified ads the screen goes blank. I tried 6 times to place ads and each time it died, how are you supposed to,plsce classified ads and set up,an account.

App problems
The app is constantly changing the full page look to a very small thumb print version. I have attempted to be very careful in hitting the blue arrow to advance the page but I have been unsuccessful in eliminating this problem. BRING BACK THE SCROLL FEATURE

Why can’t the epaper fill the width of the screen? It did in the Courier Times app that preceded this

I have had to call multiple times to resolve issues with my paper delivery over the past few months, been receiving it since 1985. So I stopped the paper as it didn’t improve and just kept the online version. Since then I have called several times as it said I didn’t have the subscription even though I am paid for over a year. Just now, trying to open the Sunday edition and I cannot access it. Maybe they are trying to tell us something….they are becoming obsolete. No more parade magazine, ads or extra anything.

Cannot log in
I'm an Intelligencer customer and cannot log into the app. I was told be customer service that there is an issue last week, but it isn't resolved. When I try to create a new account, it says that I have one, but when I sign in and verify, it resets and tells me that I need to fill in all information, even though I did. The app shows the courier times at the top, but not the Intelligencer. Anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong? The old app shouldn't have been shut down until the issue was resolved.

Horrible
It was supposed to be a seamless transition and I cannot log into my account since we were required to change to new app. I am going to have to cancel my subscription.
Terrible transition
Had Intelligencer app that worked fine. Got pushed to using this app and haven’t been able to log in or reset password. Shouldn’t these bugs be worked out BEFORE forcing subscribers to switch???
APP is not interfacing with customers of The Intelligencer
Not a “smooth” transition as described in the article. Password is not being recognized by The Courier Times (which is what comes up in PhillyBurbs) because I am a subscriber to The Intelligencer. The only way I can login properly is through the link in the news article. Ridiculous for such a large corporation to launch a change like this without working out all of the kinks
