Terrible App
Looking for another solution for client website after testing this app. The platform is fine but if the mobile app is trash. Does not have the ability to focus via the camera hardware so you must scan from a far distance away. Would be a terrible experience for people scanning at the door and hold up the line. There is a large "box" that it wants you to use to scan the code but when lining up a QR code with this box it simply WILL NOT FOCUS so you cannot scan. Look elsewhere for a solution to your event ticketing system.Show lessChrisML
Doesn’t function as well as it should
Scanning QR codes is hit and miss and when it does scan the alert to say it’s scanned successfully doesn’t work so you don’t know if the attendee has been checked in or notMidsonline
Has never worked for me.
I have a vanity domain and this app has never connected to my site. All the license keys are correct. I’ve emailed support and all I get is “we’re working on it.” I must be able to track students as they come in for state requirements. This has been a huge headache from day one.
Yes, I do have to login to the admin panel to manually check students in. However, that’s a bit inconvenient as they are greeted at the door, then walked up to the front of the room. Since this info is private I’m forced to log in and out of the admin panel so many times it’s more of a hindrance than it is a help. Can y’all please fix this?

Usually slow to load and not reliable
They need to improve this app. Sometimes it opens and shows all upcoming events; sometimes it takes forever to open and only shows a few events.MarkTag25
Unreliable
Just used this app for a large event. We had a strong wifi signal; however, the app was wonky and did not successfully scan many of the codes. Thankful I had a list printed out as this would have been a disaster without it. Not happy at all with Event Tickets Plus. Will not use again.Karcandles
Can’t get past boot screen
I was able to open the app once today, and every attempt since has stopped me from getting past the boot logo.
Is there a way this could be addressed? This was a primary reason for purchasing this licenseGemmothy
New version doesn’t work
When the QR is scanned the app shows a lot of errors and a button to reloadWmezasal

I was hoping since it had been updated they might have made it work.
It still won’t even scan a ticket onscreen or via a print out.

Needs work.
Doesn’t tell you when it has seen the code and is searching it’s data. So you just stand there with the phone hovering over phone or printed QR code.

Not Helpful
Scans consistently so it will claim attendee is already checked in if you miss the 0.2 seconds that the successful scan notification flashes on the screen. Very hard to confirm a successful scan. No attended information displays. I can’t imagine under what circumstance this is more helpful than finding a name on a list. It doesn’t confirm anything and tells you nothing.Show lessJ Wiz 313
