URL Missing

It seemed to have worked fine until we had a break in and the app has become unusable.

It logged me out and since can not log back in as it does not have a URL

Unusable for most

Received notification on old app that I would have to update as previous app would stop working. Updated with no problems didn’t even have to put details in. Decided to get the other 3 members of my house to do the same before old app stops working. This is when the problems started none have been able to update due to customised url warning. This needs sorting before it renders my alarm useless.

MY URL WHY? HOW?

Upgraded as app will not work after October, this doesn’t work with email password and pin only. It wants a url. I downloaded myELAS that works perfect. PLEASE DONT CHANGE MYELAS

Useless app

Does not recognise URL from old app and no help anywhere online to help resolve it.

Terrible very slow

Don’t use

Please bin this and keep iRISCO

Does not pick up the login details and settings of previous iRISCO app. Does not recognise panel I'd or URL.

TOTALLY USELESS!

GET THIS SORTED, DOES NOT RECOGNISE ORIGINAL LOGIN DETAILS, WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS APP? Original app worked fine

Do not update

The app is not ready and was released too early . Use your original app and ignore the update option and your alarm will work fine .

Awful

Having been forced to upgrade from the iRISCO app because it is going to be unsupported, I can’t now remotely set my Linksys2 alarm. The URL QR code on riscocloud.com isn’t accepted. And no way to get support or hints on how to resolve this.

Works but badly needs touch id

So iv had the old irisco app for years and now got told I had to change to this one....no problem. However while it works abit faster, enough to earn it's 3 star rating.....it's 2018, this app desperatly needs touch id or face id to arm/disarm the alarms......as I arm and unarm them frequently it gets boring having to type the code every time.

With touch/face id it would get maximum points.

It works, but...

The App would be more convenient if fingerprint recognition could be used to arm / disarm - instead of passwords.
