Eventually got it to work with our alarm system, not easy. THEN they updated the app!! Since then it asks for passwords to even get into the app which took ages to set up and time consuming to use. Made a bit easier by setting up Touch ID. Can’t do the same on my husbands phone it won’t accept anything we put in. Our alarm supplier don’t seem to understand what is going on. All in all, useable if you can get round the technology but useless if you can’t. Update: engineer eventually came. Looked at control panel - last engineer hadn’t set the control panel right to use with app. Rectified but only with engineer giving me endless instructions. If I lose the app again I fear I will not get it to work. So good when it works but ITS NOT USER FRIENDLY TO SET UP.

Architecture of the application is changed in order to improve its quality and security. These are default security settings for the mobile app. You can press "Keep me signed in" not to write a password every time you login.
