I don’t write reviews because despite good intentions when they’re well-deserved, I forget or I just can’t be bothered. I am so bothered by this absolute piece of garbage app that I’m taking the time to provide this well-deserved review. I just updated it after it logged me out as it likes to do intermittently (which ironically is about how often this thing actually works so I guess good job keeping on brand), because even though I have a valid account and have for more than four years, it’s going to force me to change my password before it’s able to find it for me. This app is painful. It takes forever to open, and then anything you’re trying to view takes equally as long to load. Considering the app is one that with a membership we all undoubtedly overpay for, you would think they’d try a little harder. Or at all.
