A new industry standard forced all manufacturers to eliminate the manual mow function from their remote apps.

Step backwards
The arrogance of removing functions amazes me. We buy the product and then Robomow take away what we bought. For example
Manual mowing, this is due to the mower missing large chunks of the garden when it mows and needing to do it manually. This used to work, but has been removed. No explanation, I’d send mower back if it was under warranty - avoid Robomow products as they treat customers with contempt

Battery percentage missing
Every new update means bugs only and everything getting worse. Now I can't see percentage of battery of my mower when charging in the dock. Thank you.
Makes mower useless
This version removed manual mowing. Previously I used this to mow difficult to wire areas and mow the edge backwards to cut grass flattened during normal forward edging. I could make my lawn look really good, and was a 15 year user on my second Robomow. All changed-this app has rendered my mower useless. Two years of complaining with no fix. Don’t buy from this company -they completely abandoned their customers-worst support I have ever experienced.

Not what it should be
My phone has to be within a few feet of the mower to connect, control from a distance is a dream, not reality. The history section is a joke. It has only managed to put about 1 out of 4 mowings into its history. I don’t see anything that is an actual battery State of Charge, the battery symbol at the top always shows full. I have no idea what is going on with the partial circle on the left, sometimes it’s all dark, sometimes it is partly white. Overall, a major disappointment.

No manual cut
Does not have manual cut feature, very difficult to get accessories
Scheduled times no longer work
Just downloaded V2.4.0 which is worse than the previous version. Scheduled times are not saved so the mower can come out at all times of the day and night! Bluetooth is also rubbish with no range; you basically have to stand over it for the BT to work.

Manual Mowing With Remote
Version 2.0 is better than 1.0 but I’m afraid it’s to no avail if it can’t mow the lawn using it manually.
Is there a reason this service has been removed?
Is it because of children and animals then fair enough I agree it can be dangerous.
Any possibility of GPS in the future.

Worst app ever!
Total failure. This app does not work! Does not connect with my mower at all therefore none of the programs work. Always says’cannot connect’ even though I am standing over the mower. Deleted and reinstalled app several times with same outcome. Have sent an email via the help button and never had a reply. Total rubbish!

Shocking app
Your updated app is shocking to work with never connects up even though I’m inch’s away from the Robomow.
All ways loses connection.
Never saves the schedule or connects.
Now the Robomow only comes out for 27 mins then goes back home even though I haven’t changed any schedule times.
Please update this app with a better version.
The older version was much better and easy to use and you had more control over the Robomow.
