Useless
Connection is a lottery, range is poor, scheduling does not work - have to keep manually operating the mower to get it started.
Completely useless
This version is hopeless. Previous versions connected to my RX20u but now I can never connect and so I’m unable to program a schedule for my mower. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and followed the FAQ’s on the Robomow website - all useless.
This app spoils what is otherwise a good mower and it seems like Robomow are incapable (or don’t care) about creating an app which customers who pay a lot of money for their mowers, can use!!

App need improvement
You produced a great mower and you need an app at the same level. Schedule history does not work, manual mow should be added not only manual control in order to reach and mow difficult points, you need to add the possibility to adjust the mower peripheral limits wtr to wire in order to adjust peripheral mow without removing the wire, more option for schedule are needed, ...

Waste of time downloading
What possessed the developer to make this app Bluetooth only. I have various devices that are Bluetooth and Wi-fi and they work just fine probably because they mostly use Wi-fi. This app rarely works. For god’s sake please include Wi-fi connectivity before the world’s Robomowers lose the will to live

Useless Robomow
The new Robomow app won’t connect via blue tooth. All was fine until they forced me to upgrade. And the new app does not allow manual cutting anymore
Try one of the other two apps when you search for Robomow, Clubcadet does connect fine although still no manual mowing mode

Less functionality than 1.0
The scheduling function no longer works and my robo is always saying the lawn is 100% mowed.
I have to relaunch the app every time I want to connect to the mower.
This app has damaged the robomow product. I would not recommend robomow based on this app. This app has significantly less functionality than 1.0 and is impacting the use of my Robomow. I can no longer see the status in the cutting cycle or the level of battery charge. No history has been recorded and the mower does not follow the schedule.
Please release an improved app.

Awful App
This app is awful & fails to deliver on many levels.
It regularly fails to connect and will not connect at all if the mower is on base or mowing, so I am no longer able to stop the mower quickly if needed or see the zone info etc without pulling the mower off base. I also now have to carry or push the mower to the separated zones as the connection is so poor.
Being no longer able to manually mow is hugely inconvenient as there are many little patches that get missed that I used to drive the mower over but now have to get the petrol mower out just to do these small patches.
I can no longer see which zone the mower is heading to or supposed to be mowing.
The menus are complicated. It is difficult to isolate a zone or change settings.
The icons are not very clear. Difficult to see on a sunny day.
Generally a huge down grade on the previous app. Not happy!

V2 3.8.5 Lost function
Since upgrading can no longer do Bluetooth link to my mower. Which mean I have no functionality at all.
Not Good
Not been able to connect to my mower using this new version of the app from either iPhone or iPad. Never had a problem with the original app. To make things worse it appears impossible to get a response from the support team - I’ve tried to log an issue twice now without answer.
This version of the app looks less intuitive than the original - guessing that the developers prioritised form over function.

Robomow App
I find that if the connections to the base station are old / beginning to work loose then blue tooth struggles to connect. Give them a clean and reconnect then works fine.
Also would like to see the remote mowing option put back on. Anyone any idea why it has been removed?
