Doesn’t sync properly with the app

Battery level doesn’t show on the app and states last synced 1 January 1970!!

Bonjour je voulais m’assurer que malgré la fermer de Clarisonic, l’app sera maintenue en vie et à jour. J’ai la brosse SMART et sans l’app cela ne vaut plus grand choses?

Good App

I know there’s no more Clarisonic and no more brush heads 😭 but please pay the person or persons who attend to the app so that customers who purchased smart devices can still have choices for the skin care settings and the brush reminder. Oh and also the pretty lady who does the tutorials. And the ability to change intensity settings. I really love my radiance brush heads and wish you all would continue to produce them. Disappointed that Clarisonic is gone. Thanks for the update. 💕

The App and device don’t work for me

I have bought a Clarisonic Mia Smart and not even had it for a month. It does not keep charge for more than half a day. It takes over three hours to charge. It does not sync properly with the App. It won’t charge sometimes and dies completely so I can’t use it. I have had to install and uninstall the App multiple times to allow the device to charge as it seems not to want to charge if not synced and it never properly reflects a change in battery life percentage. Basically every time I want to cleanse my skin or massage it is dead and I can’t use it. I also cannot log my routines or earn rewards on the loyalty program because each time I have to delete the App, my data is deleted too. I have owned the device for less than a month and I think it is a waste of good money if it can never be used.

App is a joke

Every single review notes the EXACT same issues and for some reason the developer response to us all is to contact them because we are all having problems syncing. All of us. Why not own up to having a crap app and fix it? Why do I have to manually log into the app every time I open it? Only banking apps do this. If you’re going to force me to log in every time why not let me use my finger print? Just like every single other person who reviewed the app mine also displays 100% battery life, shows only 1 minute of use for the brush head, and doesn’t do anything that we paid for.

This is a review for Clarisonic’s customer support

The app does what it’s suppose to do. It could be more seamless. I’m writing this review because my Clarisonic Mia smart went out and Clarisonic replaced it with a new handle, brush head and charger, everything new. Which I thought was cool and made me feel well taken care of. When I don’t use this device, my skin looks oily, dry, puffy, and dull. I will continue to use your products, and I wish I worked for your company to be honest. Keep slaying!

Needs work

While the app works for syncing routines it still needs work on syncing battery life. No matter what it always shows my device at 100% even when it’s almost dead. This has been an issue for a long time and never seems to get fixed even with updates.

New app is garbage

I like the old version, easy to pair with my Mia Smart, I can’t pair with this new app, please fixes it

Frustrating

I love the Clarisonic brush but absolutely hate the app. It is not user friendly at all, and often it will not track my usage of certain brushes despite them being synched to a routine. I also don’t like that there are limited brushes/routines that can be synched- any time I want to use my foundation brush head I need to activate the routine and then when I’m done my makeup I have to go and replace the routine with the extended gentle clean routine for my pore and acne brush heads. It would make more sense for Clarisonic to have unlimited options here to encourage people to buy more brush head types! Fix the app and allow for more brushes and routines please.

A lot of issues

I love my mia smart but the app doesn’t fulfill all the needs I was hoping it would. It has an area to set reminders to wash your face and another reminder to take an updated photo, but I HAVE NOT ONCE RECEIVED A REMINDER!!!! I honestly don’t know where or how I’m supposed to be getting them but I am not.... and I have 3 reminders set. I do not even know what the 3 different modes are for?? So I wish there was an explanation for that. Because I am currently only using one mode and one mode only. The sync worked at first, but now even though my mia smart is connected as seen in my iPhone Bluetooth settings, the app will not sync to my device because it says it is not connected. Extremely upset with this app.

Hello Mwaples0531, we are sorry for the confusion on the app. Notifications are controlled by your iphone and settings can be found under Setting>General>Notifications. Click on the Clarisonic app and you can set your preferences. For the different modes issue. The Mia Smart has two built in modes Daily Cleanse and Gentle Cleanse. The difference in the two is the intensity of the cleans. Smart mode is for when you have synced a custom routine on the app. There are over 25 different custom routines on the app. Once you sync the routine to your device you can put the Mia Smart in smart mode and it will run that routine. Hope this helps.
