I’m back
I stopped playing after losing all my accumulated energy etc. I did email the technical department, but to no avail. After some time I thought I would give the game another chance. Aside from the odd little glitch I have really enjoyed playing. I love it. I have given 5 stars because it’s a great game to get lost in.

Beautiful Game
Always a challenge and something new to learn. Keeps the mind sharp. Word games, Mahjong, puzzles, banishing monsters for rewards - this game has almost everything, more than enough to keep me interested

I love the game but a few things are very difficult to get such as night mode with really no possibility of getting with only a10second window, other games give a 30 second window. Also when you need an item having to play sometimes up to 8 times and it still doesn’t come up you become frustrated and give up, the new circus site when locked and then you unlock and play whether you get what you’re after or not it still locks again. Buying for the house takes to long to open

Hours of fun!
Love this game. I’ve played all the popular hidden object games and this one is my favorite. I don’t understand the negative tech support comments. The support/player friendly service for this game is light years better (ime) than other HO games. The in game chat is also pretty great. As a new player, I would ask questions in the general chat and people from around the world would help me out. Then I realized you could change the chat, but that was pretty fun.

Lack of response from support
I am no longer able to play this game as it comes up with ‘impossible to enter game, contact technical support’. I have done this via email and message with no response. Is there a problem.

Bonjour, merci beaucoup pour votre avis. Veuillez aller dans les Options de jeu (l'icône d'engrenage dans le coin supérieur gauche de l'écran) et appuyez sur le bouton Support technique. Ensuite sélectionnez le client de messagerie installé sur votre appareil et envoyez un mail détaillant le problème.
