Poor communication
There are hundreds if not thousands of subscribers to this game who are waiting for rewards (hard won and in some cases lots of dollars, roubles and pounds spent). Communication is scant even though they have the ability to broadcast messages to all players. There are are lot of dissatisfied players. My wish is for Adore to hurry up and ‘play the game fairly’. To receive a reward, please, contact the technical support team: go to the game Options (the gear icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen) and tap the Tech Support button. Then select the email client installed on your device and send a message. The team is doing their best to respond to everyone as soon as possible, but there are a lot of requests, so the waiting time for a response reaches 2-4 business days. Thank you for understanding! Was a great game to play. I payed to play all tournaments etc and then game stopped working wouldn’t allow me to login then was told to reinstall game by the tech people. I have lost everything including all the money I have spent on the gameCm248911

Fun game, challenging without being frustrating. I’ve been playing about 3 months now and it’s a great game. Lots of variety, great graphics, never boring. Update, been playing now 2.5 yrs and still love this game. It's always interesting and the developers keep updating and changing the game to keep it fresh and challenging. Also the fun you make with team your on is pretty amazing. I'm on a team with people from all over the world and all languages are translated, it's an interesting way to meet new friends.Show lesseapeterson

Your big Upgrade this year has taken my Predictive Texts, my Spell Check , and all of my Pronunciation away from me . This has apparently only happened with Apple products . I am going to be 69 in April , I am disabled due to cancer and and radiation on my right side bone joints and marrow , right hip and my right arm and shoulder , limits my game time and frequency of game time during the day and evening .
