Thought 1 stars across the board couldn’t possibly be accurate… no, this app really is that terrible. Created an account and I kid you not, a minute after I’m done with the process trying to log in, told invalid ID. Immediately deleted and uninstalled. Worst travel app ever
I have apps from MGM, Hilton, Marriott, and several airlines, but this is the first one I’ve ever seen that doesn’t let you sort by location. Tried to book a room at Resorts World in Las Vegas and look at dining choices at that resort and it’s actually impossible. Can’t be done. Plus, it says that to get credit for your Genting account, you have to link your Hilton HHonors, but doesn’t give you a way to do it. And you can’t even link your online Genting account with the app unless you have a Malaysian passport. Geesh.Show lessTowtrip
