Hi Eduardo Carruccio, Thank you for your feedback. Upon further investigation with our development team, we have discovered that our Memory Maker App does not complete the initial content load because the screen enters sleep. Upon conducting tests, we found that you need to keep the screen active (ie. Don’t allow the phone/tablet to enter sleep). For the initial load of the content, you can either keep the phone/tablet active by touching the screen or you can extend the period of time before the device locks. Please try these steps and then experience our Memory Maker App in the intended manner. If you are happy with your experience, we would greatly appreciate it if you could revisit your review of our Memory Maker App. Our development team is looking into this initial content loading issue to resolve this for future revisions. Thank you.
