Better exchanges out there …..

I’ve never left any reviews on an app before but this app frustrates me to no end , it wants you to jump through hoops to transfer your money to the other “MONEY” app . It kept telling me the minimum number of units was not met to transfer the crypto yet I had 10 times that amount . After 2 days of getting thrown around I’ve decided to cut my losses and sell the crypto I have invested….. save yourself the headaches and don’t waste your time with this app . I have 7 other exchange apps and this one by far is the most useless one .

Not user friendly

It does not support Apple Face ID, you have to input your credentials every time to login. It’s so backward 👎

Speed Upgrades

First time investor learning the ropes.

Put money in, waited a week, attempted to withdraw from the trading app.

Reached 8 business days and wondered what had happened.

Downloaded this app. Linked it to the trading app. Found the funds. Added Bank Account details. Withdrew funds. Funds received from eToro Money within 5 mins of download.

I feel much more confident investing now.

The main trading app had my withdrawal request as processed on the dashboard and pending on the make withdrawal screen.

Seems to have improved a lot compared to earlier reviews

Pure disappointment!!

This wallet app. is pure trash. I’ve been waiting for them to fix a problem for 3 weeks. I transferred coins to the wallet in hopes to transfer to another platform and the transfer icon doesn’t work in my wallet. I’ve been told they are working on it and it’s been literally 3 weeks. It’s funny how quickly the money out of my checking account gets to their platform and it takes them more than 3 weeks to do a simple transfer, pathetic! I am very disappointed!! How do you do zero stars??

Horrendous!

Etoro will lock up your crypto purchases and not allow you to withdraw crypto or USD! This is a major scam and also a major business failure. The owners and cto should be ashamed of this scam joke of a business that preys on people. I have not been able to remove about $500 worth of funds for over 6 months and they need to be accountable for these types of deceptive business practices that are essentially theft

Avoid

eToro are quick to take your money but go silent if you try to actually spend your own bitcoins. Their support department, when and if they ever reply, know nothing and keep saying “verify your account” despite the account being verified and the confirmation email from eToro. It’s as if they are separate entities with no idea what the other is doing. I’m stuck in a loop where they confirm verification is complete, then being told to verify every time it fails (100% of the time). Absolutely dreadful.

Horrible app

I don’t understand why i need to be asked a lot of questions about investing when theres already an etoro app for investing. Plus i only opened this account to get my money back. Waited for 13 days to get my money. After it was processed, still i cant get my money back because I need to open an etoro money app to open and widthdraw my account. Still, 5 days have passed after opening this account, no one answers me why I cant verify my account because they wont accept my number being given. Thats my UK number, do they want me to use a random number i dont even use personally? Im so frustrated with this app. The customer service turned a blind eye of my pending money transaction that i want to pull out. Thank you etoro. You gave me a hard time in life for not responding to me. Ive waited for my money to get for 3 weeks now and counting. When you placed a deposit its so fast like less than a minute but wait till you widthdraw it.

Worst app ever

I opened a eToro account and bought some tron. Since I purchased the tron, I have been trying to transfer it out. 4 or 5 years later, I’m still trying to transfer it. Not even remotely close to user friendly. Not even remotely close to allowing you own your crypto. Not your keys, not your coins.
