Crashes every time it connects
Every time I go to connect via Bluetooth to the slider, the app crashes on my iPhone XR. I have to use an old iPhone 5 yo get it to work properly.Child of Mecha
Does not open on iPad.
The app is functional on iPhone. It is a different story with iPad.
It gets installed, but opens a black screen for a fraction of a second and closes. I have tried it on two iPads with both having iPadOS 13.3.1WI!apowerovich
Time Lapse Feature Needs Work
For the price of the slider I expected the app to be as good as it is. It works, but no bells and whistles. But the Time Lapse feature is borderline non functional. Please make this section of the app more understandable. As someone that shoots time lapses I literally just need an option to input how long it will take to get from point A to point B. I feel like this would be a pretty simple feature to add that would go a long way. Overall this slider is worth the money and the app gets the job done.Show lessChrisssssssssss7898
Can’t change the language

Works. No detailed explanation but works
I got this for a new were slider I bought off Amazon seems to work just fine. It takes some reasoning to understand what is what. I would suggest you watch YouTube videos on similar sliders because I think they’re all the same slider with different name tags. It workslivelifetoworship
Doesn’t work.
I got the Neewer motorized slider and using the QR code downloaded the app as directed. First night it worked just as advertised. I charged the battery and when I connected it the next day, the app would connect to the device but then it would leave a blank screen with nothing on it. I tried the usual... uninstall, reinstall... reset my iPhone... downloaded on a different iPhone and the same issue. The app connects to the device via bluetooth and freezes. I have spent at least 2 hrs with Amazon support and no one can figure out the issue. I will have to return the slider first thing Monday because it’s useless without the app.Show lessLeoNatico
