Impossible de créer une carte virtuelle
Depuis un moment, il nous est impossible de créer une carte bancaire virtuelle via l’application. On ne sait plus trop à quoi elle nous sert.

I paid for the premium subscription but they didn’t provide me with the virtual card and I was I need of immediately I paid but they didn’t provide it. I asked them to refund me but they denied and didn’t still provide the virtual card
Scam alert
This page is a total scam . I shopped online and the order was canceled. Money was refunded to the card but I never received . The said they were going to look into it and refund but never even wrote back or refunded . Big scam

Very poor customer service
I deposited money and it didn’t reflect into my account . I’ve been writing customer service for more than 2days now but I barely get response 🤦♂️

Nothing to trust ran away with my 12 dollars since 3 weeks nothing, pas fiable et très malhonnête, accepté votre dépôt et ne vous fournir pas votre argent dans la carte virtuel
RETRAITS COMPLIQUÉ ❌❌
Depuis déjà plus de 2mois je n’arrive plus à faire de retrait sur l’application, mon argent est calé à chaque fois que j’initie un Retrait elle est rejeté sans Raison. Vous avez augmenté les frais au Cameroun 🇨🇲 du jour au lendemain, et quand j’écris au service client, je n’ai pas de solution à mon problème. J’ai arrêter de recommander cette application à mes clients. JE NE RECOMMANDE plus cette application à qui que se soit car avant c’était très bien , je trouvait mais maintenant il y’a Plus mieux que PayQin.
