I like this business line of credit structure much more than my other lines. It’s super simple and the app is very user friendly.
Transactions list doesnt show refunds received and an unhelpful disputes team
Strange why a banking app doesnt show all transcations on a transaction view. Doesnt show refunds made back to the account.
If you have a disputed transaction, the capital on tap team not very helpful at all. Dont update you until you chase them, repeatedly ask for the same information that had already been provided, trying to blame visa for how slow they are, yet other banks with visa deal with disputes in days, yet with capital on tap, after 1month+ still get nowhere.
