App unusable, developers non responsive
This is a $300 app. I’m in the middle of my meditations, and the app suddenly cuts out and switches to something else. I have tried to contact the company more than once have not heard a thing. This is a third-party. This is not Gateway. It’s really shame because this selections in the app are fantastic. But the app is worthless if I can’t do them. I’m not even sure how to cancel so I don’t get charged another $299. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling. It works sometimes and then it starts over messing up. It would be one thing if I could get some help from the developer or the company. But you can’t even do that because they don’t respond to emails or messages. So I’m leaving this here in the hopes that somebody sees it and I get some help. I’m ready to contact my credit card company and the BBB TO ENSURE IM NOT CHARGED AGAIN! I love this app!!
The Hemi Sync app is my go-to for deep meditating. I have many meditation apps but this is the only one that allows you the option to create your own mix of sounds and even adjust the volume/intensity of those sounds.

Gateway Explorations
I find this section of the app a bit disorganized. The exercises don’t appear in order and are mixed in with the same tracks in others languages. Also, it doesn’t seem that all the Wave programs (I-VIII) are included, as I was told they would be. The two I did, Orientation and Introduction, are great! They are quaint, in sound quality and verbslization, a sign of the time when they were originally produced, but extraordinarily effective, evidence of Robert Monroe’s genious!Show lessbermeriz

I’m not sure it’s the app as I e had this issue with other subscriptions, but I was t able to access all the library. Eventually it start d working. Kinda difficult to navigate as some tracks don’t show where you think they should- like free flow 27, I can’t access it through the alphabetical listing or can only access 3 mins of it.Show lessJamesP2012

Quite simple - there’s a bunch of other languages and no uniform categorising of anything on here, better off just searching YouTube for proper indexed hemi-sync tapes. Waste of money.bjorn645

Not great
I really don’t understand what the makers of this app are trying to achieve. As someone who’s bought and downloaded many Hemi-Sync products, I thought a subscription might be a more convenient way of accessing audio collections. But, so many are just samples, and only extend to the first couple of minutes, they’re pretty much useless.
Then got caught out with the first subscription payment, which has just left me feeling ripped off. I really think companies should have to send out a 24hr notice that the subscription payment is about to be taken, otherwise it just feels like a con-trick.
