Get notifications 10 minutes after posted
I thought it was just me but when I went to look at the reviews I’m not the only one having problems. I get the notifications 10 minutes after the shifts have been posted, I even set on my phone seen when the notification said it was posted 5 seconds ago and still no shifts were showing. I’ve even tried texting the work place and they keep saying I should be able to see shifts but no I’m not. It’s frustrating

Shift not available
The shifts come out at all different times of the day so you have to be looking at your phone all day with the app open to TRY to get a shift. When you get a notification of a shift it’s 10 + minutes old and no longer available. Makes it very hard to get work.

Why can’t we sync our schedule with our calendars :( so frustrating

No jobs
Every time I get on the app there are not any jobs available. Went to an hour maybe longer orientation for what???
Needs Work
Overall a helpful app, but needs work. I enjoy all of the features the app has to offer. However, it does not send notifications to your phone. The app needs to be opened entirely to see if there is a new message. Also, most times when I send a message to someone it only opens a new conversation and nobody can see the message that was sent.

Major glitch
11 minute delay before I get notified of an available shift. By the time I get it, it’s already been filled.
