Bad service
I could go on and on but I will just mention the 2 that are most frustrating! 1) Picking this time frame to go on strike is not hurting anyone but the public…if you want to go on strike pick when Taxes are due to get some results! 2) You have prepaid Canada Post gift cards but if someone has more than one they cannot just simply register a new card they have to set up a new email as well which I complained about 2 years go!

New unavoidable’Hone Page’.
New ‘Home Page’ with no choice to be able to open App at ‘Track’ page is an annoyance. App was ‘5 stars’ ✨💫✨💫✨before this forced addition with no ‘Settings’ options. 👎🏻
Ineptitude
The management of canadian post need to re-train staff to know that some people are on a delivery deadline on their items so if for any reason they can’t deliver at the address, the next thing to do is take it to the nearest post office and inform the owner of the item to pick it up there. Your ineptitude cost me time and money.
