Voila, a simple mental health app
Simple. Beautiful. Rewarding. You choose the mental state you want to be more in and voila, you can start a therapy. Each therapy is a very short collection of videos that’s visually amazing. This app doesn’t lead with or force you to go through all the science behind what they’re doing unless you want to. I’ve had it with me on my commutes.Show lessBetolote
