Disgraceful app, not worth the headache.
The speaker itself cranks, but it's impossible to connect to the internet and even worse getting it to connect to Alexa. I expect so much better from Marshall. I got it working for a while, but then I moved to a new place and spent multiple hours tearing my hair out and wanted to throw it out a window. Had I known it would be this tedious and frustrating I would not have bought this product. Buyer beware.Show lessShortraysoflight

Constantly disconnects from Wifi
Have to add speaker back to network at least 3 times a week. Worked fine for over a year and lately it just disconnects.adrock15
Software Can’t find speaker
All of a sudden, the Marshall Voice app is saying there is no speaker connected in order to change EQ settings.
Even tho, my iPhone 12 Pro is connected to it via Bluetooth and playing music.
Idk how companies can mess their software up this bad but never had an issue before.

Faulty and outdated
Crappy app renders Alexa useless - went through the whole troubleshooting process with customer service and Uxbridge speaker is unable to connect to wifi. Errors out every time, even with the alternative setup method.mkw90873574:
Terrible Setup
Can’t connect to Alexa, Alexa doesn’t even have a listing for Marshall much less the Stanmore. Useless. Thank goodness for Free Returns!!!LGRing

Won't work properly with player apps
I have the Acton II voice (Alexa). A recent update to either the firmware or software has rendered the speaker useless for playing radio stations! The developer/support staff seem useless in getting it resolved! I won't be buying another smart speaker from Marshall, they don't seem technically able to support their products.Show lessneilhoward84
App is terrible
Couldn’t get the speaker to work. No instructions. Terrible UX. Another hack job by below-average developers. Whoever created this should be shot._Ben__R
