Background Tracking?
Why does it need to be tracking always? Why not only when I’m using the app? The app

No Privacy
Not good for privacy , i don’t want this app have my all time background access, if i change it to ONLY WHILE USING APP than app not working and with always new update its log out , if we r in middle of delivery and about to close and if update came its log out and first need to update and again login , not good at all, so bad app for privacy

bug/stability fixes?
how is it that an update can make the app worse? the update didn’t fix any bugs/stability, just made the application a pain to use. it takes so long to go through checklists, when i hit arrive sometimes it stays on the loading screen until i reset the app. i’ve gotten locked out of my own stops after i’ve pressed arrive. it wouldn’t let me click on other stops for details because my other one was still in progress even tho i closed it. im literally unable to use the whole app just because one of my stops glitches out and never closes. one good thing i can say is that it’s more organized/modern, besides that everything else need to be improved, not get worse.

Stop making this app worse.
Every time you idiots update this thing it gets worse. Now I’m in the middle of some forest with a sliver of service and I have to download an entire update before I can complete my stop.

This apps garbage, between it freezing, not loading, and just acting out. Half of the headaches through the day come due to this app.
Was delivery worker
I was working for one of your contractors and they told me you get two weeks pay how’d and now I was let go because of a conflict between me and the driver um, steak where I should never been fired well anyway I was told they had two weeks back I get that but now I’m not getting my money they’re only saying I got eight days paycheck coming for two weeks my but no so your company you need to check out your drivers that you contract and make sure that they pay their employees properly because I am taking this to court and thank you, and you guys need to look out for your employees a little bit better

Horrible Delivery Company!!
Do not use this delivery company if you want to receive your items. I’ve been waiting 2 months now! They keep lying and saying they attempted a delivery when they didn’t. They told me they was on their way twice. Had me waiting for them then texted they are going to reschedule because they attempted but I wasn’t there. Save yourself the stress and don’t use this company. Unprofessional and very rude customer service.

Garbage
This app is serviceable for LMH/LTL routes however, XPO forces contractors to use this for Home Depot. E-track sucked and it’s far superior than this app. If the store is missing an item and you mark it missing on the app it crashes. Customers names do not match with the name the store has. Item description is no longer available. The ability to add accessorials is not applicable, costing contractors and XPO revenue. It constantly prompts you to precall customers but when you try it says function is not available. For a Fortune 500 company, this app is a joke. XPO Logistics should be sued for false advertisement.

This app needs a lot of work. It doesn’t even accept certain exceptions. Sometimes I need to put an exception multiple times for it to accept

Please disable automatic call screen, it make the app run slow, me as a driver is annoying to select “ask me in 5 minutes” in every stop.
