The app is terrible for iPhone. I requested a trip yesterday morning, and it is still open! Therefore, I cannot request another ride. I tried to contact the support but of course, there is never a reply. I will not cancel the trip because they will charge me. 0 stars if possible!!!!! I have taken WASILI in Bujumbura before but today was f’ing the worst. WASILI driver called me and told me that he needed help finding me because apparently my neighborhood is not on their map. So I tried my best telling them where I was and then I waited for more than a d hour, still couldn’t find me. Then they called me and told me that I failed to tell them exactly where I was, I told them that it wasn’t my d job to tell them where I was that the app was supposed to show them where I was. So I had to cancel that request and they f’ing charged me for it. I have been taking WASILI for a while now and it has been a good experience so far until today.
