It’s hard to know how to go to the next day. I did it but don’t know how. Just pressing on the calendar date on the full month calendar doesn’t seem to do it. If I’m missing something, please let me know.

  • A good concept but the tacking data needs work

The app is helpful for quick day to day mood tracking, but the analytics interface needs a LOT of work- for example if you want to search your tacked moods from last year to look at trends you should be able to quickly swipe from month to month and then zoom in to the day- but Moodys ‘month’ is still swiping one day at a time (same for year) also the notes taken regarding a particular mood at a particular time do not corrisponde and are not in order. I’ve used this to track anxiety which leads to panic attacks- but now I am trying to go back and look at specific notes and trend in a particular day I am unable to see the notes easily. This needs a user interface overhaul for this app to be practical.

  • Great but needs a few improvements

This has been a really good tool for micro journaling. I check in hourly and it’s been really helpful to identify trends. I export the data and use it with power bi for some great analytics but it would be nice to have more powerful statistics natively. I also think there is room to improve backups to iCloud. Unfortunately it’s not an iterative backup. Once you add a lot of pictures, the backups can take a while because it deletes the database and uploads a full new one.

  • Basic app, no improvements

Straightforward enough interface, the mood selection ui and icons could be simpler. The way moods are scored over time doesn’t really make sense - it rates your mood for the day as the highest level you selected rather than an average of all your scores (or possibly rounds up), so if you’re using the app to track patterns it could be misleading.

I purchased a subscription a few years ago hoping that it would improve over time, but it seems like no one is actively working on the app anymore aside from OS updates and bug fixes. The feedback and feature forms are no longer active. If you’re trialling this app and deciding whether or not to purchase, just keep in mind that what you see is what you get.

  • Pushy

Every time I opened the app it was pushing a ‘time sensitive’ offer of cheaper subscription. Totally inappropriate for a mental health app.
  • Doesn’t update the date

The app often forgets to update the current date so it looks like I’ve but all my notes on one day instead of over the course of I few days. This completely defeats the purpose of tracking changes over time. I tried to let the creators of the app know about the problem but that feature isn’t working either. It said I didn’t have permission from the creators to give feedback. I’m a paid subscriber. ☹️

  • Ultimately overpriced

Thought this could be a replacement to daylio but the free version of daylio has most of what this app puts under a subscription, with the exception of more in-depth statistics that are also behind a subscription there. Personally I'll stick with daylio since I also prefer the UI and Ux there.
After refusing the first yearly deal it tried to sell me a 5.99/year subscription for the first year though, so for some people it could be worth it if you find something in it that the free version of daylio doesn't do for you. If it were always that price or it had a lifetime purchase I'd maybe make the switch for cost more than prefrrence... But if you like it you'll have to pay the full price eventually, so careful not to get attached if you can't put that in your budget.
I do like that it seems to track moods separately from the daily rating though.

  • Love it and need it on Apple Watch

I really love this app. I haven’t found anything else like it and it does exactly what I need. My only issue is that there is no app on Apple Watch. That would be such an amazing feature, even if it were only just the moods 🙏.
  • Expected more bang for my buck

I got the bundle for the yearly rate and proceeded to download all the apps. I actually enjoy this one the most which is why I gave three stars and it the part of it that I like is part of the premium subscription anyway so basically I paid for six apps to get the premium version of the only app I like and feel like the others are just different versions of things Apple already gives.
