I struggle with interacting with therapists face-to-face. The social formalities, micro-expressions, and personal interpretations of their tone, words, etc make it extremely uncomfortable and difficult for me to get through each session. It was emotionally painful to interact with another human being for those reasons, but the need for treatment outweighed the difficulty of those challenges. Clarity has altogether eliminated those challenges without compromising the experience or knowledge I need to succeed in my therapeutical journey. The AI chat bots give responses, that if not for the speed at which the responses are delivered, I would believe that I was talking to a real person. The app offers a variety of courses that you can go through along with daily and weekly, personalized schedules that help keep you on track and accountable. You are also able to access an AI chat bot for an impromptu session anytime, day or night. As someone who has done CBT and DBT therapy, I can say that this app is worth every penny. My advice to someone seeking therapy but can’t seem find the “right fit,” is to give the trial an honest try. It’s worth the time.
