Buyer BEWARE!
Camera watches you! I don’t know who this Cam is connected to but it’ll literally move when you leave for a while or go to sleep. And no it wasn’t on Motion Tracking! Something is up it. It doesn’t seem like a malfunction issue. The camera is perfectly fine but it conveniently moves when nobody is able to catch it. I got it mainly as a baby monitor. So be careful using it for kids, not being properly dressed in front of it and anything else you may not want a random person stalking you to see.Show lessImaniiKay
Awful
First I bought the one year most expensive plan, only to find out it doesn’t continuously record video. I asked id I could cancel my purchase that I made not even 10 minutes ago so I could get the continuous plan instead. They said I cant get a refund for the year i just purchased and I'm stuck with it but i can buy a second plan. So i just double paid when i can only use one plan for my one camera. Now the cloud video completely skips over all important footage. A person walks in front of the camera and when i go back to check it…it completely skips that whole section of time so i can’t even see it. I want my money back and i want someone to contact me PLEASE. I’ve left emails with customer support.Show lesslilchock
Poor quality, unsafe camera
The product quality is absolutely poor. They claim to offer cloud storage for videos, but everything is recorded on their servers, which is dangerous. I will definitely unsubscribe from my membership and shut down the cameras.rahman56

Horrible update!
It removed the ability to see all cameras at once. You can’t even just scroll to the next camera when it’s being viewed one at a time. You have to back out of each one. This is terrible for security use when we just want a quick view of all the cameras at once.
That feature needs to be put back immediately!!Show lessxzc222

Not the best
Not sure why this app has so many 5 star reviews. It never establishes a connection with the camera straight away and when I open the selected camera it has to be refreshed a few times before getting a feed - sometimes I can’t connect at all and have to give the app/camera some time or reboot the app. This can get very annoying as I use it as a baby cam. It sometimes crashes while recording footage which isn’t helpful as that means anything that’s been recorded is lost.
The features are good and I like the fact that the camera can scan around the room but I think the app needs a little bit of work. I’ve had another camera in the past which was very consistent when launching the app. No refreshes were necessary or messages saying I’m using cellular data when I’m actually using WiFi at home. Please fix these issues as it would be good otherwiseShow lessSmiling happy
Great product but I just get Scam
I buy their cloud subscription and I did not like it because it change noting. Imagine pay 75$ usd for nothing 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬j’ai acheté un abonnement de 1 ans qui m’a coûté 75$ usd et il mon pas remboursé car si tu achète quelque chose tu ne te fait pas rambousé 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬critigeur
