Unreliable - Shame on you
The App is not reliable - especially not for foreign tourists. The tourist information office is aware of the problem and has complained to GTT multiple times over the year. They simply did not care. They are, however, diligent in fining people whose APP does not function. Hey you don’t have a ticket so 47 euros.
Dispute with your credit card company when that happens — don’t let these unscrupulous mafia take advantage of you. GTT should be fined and its management fired.

Doesn’t work
App will never load anything. It spins and spins.
Slow and buggy
I think every request you make through the app is forwarded by fax to an office worker who manually processes it. Italian efficiency at its finest.
Useless app
This app is a joke; it works if purchasing electronic tickets but it doesn’t when trying to use them. Better to buy the real tickets in one of the countless shops around this (beautiful) city Turin.

This is ridiculous: the all has not been working at all in over a year. And it is still available for download.
