App gets hung up and after one use, stuck at a spinning wheel indefinitely. So all tickets lost. Possibly these could be recovered if you deinstall/reinstall and then file a recovery report, which is only possible if you had registered with the transit agency.
Not at all suitable for tourist use. Just buy physical bus passes.

Problem with the app
The app was so good and helpful, but since yesterday it is not working i deleted it and downloaded it many times and i still can’t open it 🤷🏻♀️
